REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)27-101 External Auditing Services

 

Gulf Coast Transit District (GCTD) is accepting sealed qualifications for External Auditing Services. Sealed qualifications must be received by 2:00 p.m., CST, Tuesday, October 13, 2026.

Qualifications received after this deadline will not be opened and will be considered void and unacceptable.

 

Qualifications will be publicly opened in a manner that does not reveal their contents immediately following the due date at the Administrative Offices of Gulf Coast Transit District, 1415 33rd Street N, Texas City, Texas 77590. The contents of all qualifications will remain confidential until after a contract has been awarded by the Board of Directors.
