Gay Walker has built a distinguished 30-year career in the transportation industry, starting in 1992 as a dispatcher at TDCJ. She later spent nine years driving chain buses, gaining hands-on experience in operations and logistics. After retiring from TDCJ in 2017, she joined GCTD as a driver and quickly advanced to roles in dispatch and management due to her leadership and efficiency. Gay’s strategic abilities led to promotions, culminating in her current role as Executive Assistant/Office Manager. Known for her dedication, attention to detail, and leadership, Gay remains a vital contributor to GCTD’s success.
