ADA Paratransit Services provides transportation for customers with disabilities who are unable to use our regular, Fixed-Route service. To qualify, you have to live within 3/4 of a mile from one of our Fixed-Route Services, fill out an application, and be approved by our GCTD Staff. Paratransit is a threshold-to-threshold service that can be scheduled for next-day service, upon availability.

Visitor’s Policy

Gulf Coast Transit District will provide ADA complementary paratransit services for visitors of the system.  Visitors include individuals with a disability who do not live within jurisdictions served by Gulf Coast Transit District but would prefer service.  Those individuals who present documentation of ADA complementary paratransit eligibility and/or other documentation of a disability that is not apparent will receive ADA complementary paratransit service as outlined in this plan.  Visitors will be allowed service for any combination of 21 days for a 365-day period, starting with the visitor’s first use of the ADA complementary paratransit service.
