25-001 External Auditing Services

 

Gulf Coast Transit District (GCTD) is requesting sealed qualifications for RFP #25-001 External Auditing Services.  Submittals will be received electronically at:  www.publicpurchase.com.  Due date for submittals is no later than:  Wednesday, January 22, 2025, 2:00 p.m. CST.  Qualifications will be publicly opened at 1415 33rd Street N, Texas City, Texas  77590 with only the respondent names being read aloud.  Late submissions will not be accepted.

 

The RFQ and addenda, if applicable, is posted at:  www.publicpurchase.com and https://www.gulfcoasttransitdistrict.com/ .   Registration with PublicPurchase is required to view the RFQ and to electronically submit qualifications.  There is NO charge to register, view, download documents or submit qualifications.  Instructions on ‘How to Register’ can be found at:  https://www.gulfcoasttransitdistrict.com/gctd-electronic-bidding-system

 

Inquiries about this RFQ may be submitted through PublicPurchase, on the RFQ page, by using the ‘question’ feature.  As an alternative, questions may be submitted to:  procurement@gulfcoasttransitdistrict.com.  Deadline to submit questions is Tuesday, January 7, 2025, 5:00 p.m.

 

GCTD reserves the right to reject any and all bids, qualifications or proposals, to waive any and all irregularities and technicalities, and to accept any bid which it deems advantageous.  Each Respondent agrees to waive any claim it has or may have against the Board of Directors, Executive Leadership and employees, arising out of or in connection with the administration, evaluation or recommendation of any bid or proposal.
