Rider Guidelines

GCTD strives to deliver exceptional public transportation services to every customer we serve. Achieving this mission takes cooperation from both our team and the communities we support. The comfort and well-being of our passengers remain at the heart of everything we do, with safety and outstanding customer service our top priorities.

We kindly ask that all passengers respect and adhere to these guidelines. Passengers who do not comply with a driver's request to stop a prohibited activity may be subject to a formal review by our compliance department.

  • Passengers must have fare money or coupon to ride. Please have exact amount, drivers do not carry change. Payment can be made on our free mobile App as well.

  • Seatbelts must be worn at all times, including wheelchair passengers.

  • No use of alcohol, tobacco products, e-gics or vapes while in GCTD vehicles.

  • No eating or drinking while in GCTD vehicles.

  • No abusive language or profanity while in GCTD vehicles.

  • No loud noises or music on personal devices. When listening to music, watching videos or chatting on your phone, please use headphones or earbuds. Keep voice at an appropriate inside volume.

  • No more than 4 shopping bags per passenger.

  • Appropriate clothing must be worn at all times while in GCTD vehicles.

  • All children must be removed from strollers before entering the bus. Strollers must be folded and stowed.

  • Do not occupy more than one seat with belongings or feet. Seats are for passenger use only.

  • Properly stow carryon items and remain seated or secure until the vehicle comes to a complete stop.
